Terms & Conditions – Subscribe & Save Program

  To receive holiday promotion, you must sign up by 1/15/21. Must take first shipment by 1/31/21

  • To receive holiday promotion, subscribe & save discount and any other promotional items/offers, you must agree to at least a 3 month purchase plan.
  • If you choose the 3 month, every other month delivery plan, you do not have to take delivery every other month. However, you must take delivery of the 3 MP or FP  within 6 months of sign up month.
  • Annual/12 month agreement, you do not have to take delivery of material every month but you must take delivery of at least 6 MP or FP within the first 6 months of sign up and the next 6 MP or FP within the second 6 months of sign up.
  • After the 3 month or 12 month agreements and plans have been fulfilled, subscribe & save plan will switch to monthly and can be paused or cancelled at any time.
  • After the 3 month or 12 month agreements and plans have been fulfilled, you may choose to skip months at any time with no penalization or fee.
  • If you choose to cancel/discontinue the subscribe & save monthly plan at any time (after your initial agreement is completed), and then decide to reactivate the plan, you must sign up for at least another 3 month agreement to receive the same discounts and promotional offers.
  • The Holiday promotional items are only included on the first month’s shipment.
  • Payment: Credit cards will be charged each month on the day the material ships. Invoices will be emailed to customer each month on the day the material ships out and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Should you choose to delay shipments during the agreement period, upon your approval, monthly payments will still be charged/invoiced alleviating accumulating payments.
  • Subscribe & Save plans and all corresponding promotions are only valid with Phoscrete Corporation directly. Distributor and/or third party sellers acceptance and participation of these plans and promotional offers are up to the individual seller.
  • Terms and conditions subject to change or cancellation. Subscribers will be notified of changes.
